About Dr. Sharyn Sepinwall
Dr. Sharyn Sepinwall received her PhD in Integrated Studies from McGill University in 2002. For the last 27 years she has been on Faculty at both Concordia University in the Department of Applied Human Science and in the Faculty of Management at McGill. Her current areas of interest, expertise and teaching (both at the undergraduate as well as MBA levels) include topics related to health and wellness, stress management, life-work balance, organizational behavior and managing people and teams. She is the recipient of the 2006 award for Teaching Excellence at McGill University.

In addition to her academic responsibilities, Dr. Sepinwall brings 30 years of experience as a workshop leader, key note speaker and facilitator presenting to a variety of businesses, conferences and organizations in Montreal, the US, Mexico, on many cruise ships and at other health resorts.
