The only prerequisite for this course is to be ready to finally release the pain generated by debilitating negative thoughts, and emotions that keep you from the level of health and happiness you desire, and replace that with the sense of peace, freedom, fulfillment and understanding.

Andrea will skillfully explain the true nature and power of Emotions and the human body and the understandings necessary for emotional healing. She will teach you the empowering techniques that guarantee sustainable emotional fitness. The benefits of this program are limitless as our emotional state affects our health and well-being on all levels. Her extensive cross cultural training and experience provides a comprehensive and powerful opportunity for transformation.

By understanding and using the power of emotions, you will be able to dispel negative blocks and issues in any area of your life that feels stuck or dysfunctional, and/or stressful. This includes communication, relationships, addictions, eating and food issues, phobias, trauma, personal and professional stress factors that result in anger, depression, anxiety, fear, guilt, extreme sadness, envy, hatred and any toxic emotion.

Drawing from her incredibly varied knowingness, observations and experience, she will artfully create the opening, trust and understanding you desire to truly achieve emotional detoxification and sustainable transformation, and emotional balance.

What is Energy Psychology?

What is Kundalini Yoga?

Kundalini means “Pure Awareness” Kundalini Yoga is a vast and marvelous Yoga that raises and distributes that pure awareness with your energetic field. The practice of this transformational Yoga takes you from sense of self that is limited and guarded to the sense of your true identity of infinite and whole. Kundalini Yoga is so effective because it is so comprehensive and do-able. It includes physical exercises, breath, music and mantra technology and was introduced to the west by Yogi Bhajan, Ph.D. in 1968 as a yoga for the times to assist in coping with the extreme flow of information and energy of these times. It is gentle and powerful.

Personal Biography

Andrea is a writer, facilitator, researcher, and author of her soon to be released book on Emotional Fitness ™. Her formal education is in speech therapy and psychology. Even as a child, she was attracted to healing practices of other cultures and scientific healing technologies. A fortunate life of passionate curiosity, inquiry, study, travel and research has led enhanced her life purpose; to be instrumental in creating opportunity for deep healing and the experience of wholeness within herself and for others. She does this through sharing her knowledge and experience.

She has studied with healing masters in Tibet , China , Bhutan , India , Peru , Oaxaca and The Yucatan, Mexico , Ireland , England , Australia , Hawaii and extensively in the United States with Native American Medicine Persona and with Cultural Anthropologist, Will Bowen.

For seven years Andrea worked with Dr. Deepak Chopra as a Meditation and Ayurvedic Instructor and as Program Director at the Chopra Center for Well Being. She is certified and recommended by Dr. Chopra.

For three years Andrea served as producer and director of special events and seminars for author, Gary Zukav. 

Now, using her vast and varied knowledge and life experience along with her own knowingness, she passionately and carefully weaves ancient knowledge with current cutting edge scientific discovery and her love of nature to produce powerful and empowering healing opportunities.

She is an Energy Psychology Therapist and her certifications, trainings and experience include: International Kundalini Yoga Therapist with focus on mental/emotional health and freedom from addiction; Level VI Training in Power Psycho-Spiritual Energy Therapist, Ayurvedic Lifestyles and Primordial Sound Meditation Instructor, Dynamic Meditation Facilitator, Level I Yuen Method Facilitator, Basic Emotional Freedom Technique Training and Nia Blue Belt Instructor. Andrea is founder of Merging Rivers Healing Practices Company including The Merging Rivers Project and Emotional Fitness™. Andrea is an avid writer, hiker, sprint tri-athlete, mother and wife.
