*Room and package rates may be based on room occupancy, based on the number of guests in an accommodation. No imposed service charge, however, options to add gratuity are presented à la carte. Rates are subject to change and do not include tax.
Deposit
Your Red Mountain Resort & Spa vacation can be reserved with a deposit equal to two nights lodging plus taxes. Your balance is due upon departure. Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are accepted.
Cancellation Policy
Should you cancel more than 30 days prior to your arrival, your deposit is fully refundable. Should you need to cancel within 30 days, 50% of your deposit will be held one year for use toward a future stay, and the remaining 50% is forfeited.
Red Mountain Resort & Spa accepts children ages 12 and above.
Teen Policies
Young adults between the ages of 12-17 may freely enjoy the following without the supervision of parent or guardian:
- Fitness classes
- Lifestyle lectures and guest programs
- Use of fitness center and dining room
- Personal training sessions and one-on-one fitness sessions
- Sagestone services such as teen make-up, teen facials, teen pedicures, teen manicures and hair services.
Young adults between the ages of 12-17 must be supervised by parent or guardian while participating in the following Red Mountain activities for health and safety reasons:
- Outdoor recreation adventures including daily guided hiking, adventure trips, biking, kayaking, rock climbing and guide for hire activities.
- Spa services including massage and body treatments, or any one-on-one services.
Pet Policy
Red Mountain Resort & Spa has specific Deluxe rooms designated for our guests with pets. A $50 fee per pet per week is applied. Pets should be kenneled when left alone in guest rooms. Pets are not allowed during activities, in our spa or in the dining facility.
