Red Mountain's event and meeting guests are encouraged to take advantage of the organized group activities. Two of Red Mountain's popular group programs are the Team-Building Program and Stress Reduction Program. Team-Building activities such as the Chili Cook-Off and the Bike-Kayak-Hiking Challenge promote group unification and instill self-confidence in individuals. The Stress Reduction Program is designed to help individuals rediscover their zest in life and the workplace. Life coaching and emotional fitness lessons equip participants with skills to effectively manage daily stress and live fully and happily. To complement the offered programs, anything from group sunrise yoga, geology, kayaking or sunset hikes can be arranged for each group. Fitness requirements, limitations and goals are evaluated prior to arrival ensuring maximum satisfaction for all group members.
