Objectives of the Eat Well, Feel Well Culinary School

  • To create cooks with a conscience who cannot only recreate the dishes born at Red Mountain Spa, but learn the solid principles of healthy cooking
  • Getting great results baking through healthy substitutions for eggs and oils
  • Learning to generalize recipes into templates, to unlimited possibilities
  • Recreating Red Mountain Spa salad dressings and sauces as well as creating new ones
  • Learning about Flavor extraction and texture enhancement to make spa food more satisfying that ever thought possible
  • Learning to plan effective and health efficient menus

FORMAT:

Four two hour sessions, taught by our Red Mountain chefs and nutritionist in our teaching kitchen.
