At Red Mountain Resort & Spa, we truly believe in the concept of "Eat Well, Feel Well." We educate our guests to increase their awareness of the role of nutrition in the pursuit of optimum health through cooking demonstrations, presentations by our Wellness Team and the "Eat Well, Feel Well Culinary School. Changing the way we think about eating and food is the key to weight loss success. We do not advocate deprivation or severe restriction, as we know it is not conducive to long-term success or a healthy short-term solution. All meals are included in your Red Mountain Signature and Premium packages and are guaranteed to be satisfying and energizing, nutritious and delicious.
Meals at the Canyon Breeze Restaurant can be purchased as part of a room package or à la carte. Breakfast and lunch are served buffet style and a three- course seasonal menu is presented for evening dining. Kosher, Vegan, Vegetarian and Gluten Free diets are supported. Guests with food allergies are asked to alert the Culinary team prior to arrival. Nutritional information is posted for each dish or food served. Smoothies, organic coffee drinks, sodas, pizzas, sandwiches and healthy snacks may be purchased at the Canyon Café. A room service menu is also available.
Red Mountain Resort & Spa offers a distinguished selection of fine wines and beers on its dinner menu at Canyon Breeze Restaurant. Alcoholic beverages, enjoyed in modest amounts, are supportive of heart health. Should you desire additional information, contact Red Mountain's Executive Chef Dale Van Sky at dvansky@redmtn.com.
Here's
What Others Have to Say About Our Dining: The food at Red Mountain is exquisite, breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Had I been served these meals at any restaurant in New York, or
Paris, I would have been well pleased. My husband, who is emphatically
not into health food, was equally delighted. Dining on pheasant,
tenderloin, duck, salmon, chicken, buffalo, mahi in sensible
portions, accompanied by a profusion of fresh vegetables and fruits
of the highest quality I was never hungry for an instant.
Bravo and thank you,
- M. McComb
