At Red Mountain Spa fitness is serious business. Whether you are jump starting a healthier lifestyle, or wish to improve your sports performance, our Red Mountain Spa fitness professionals can guide you through our personal training and assessment offerings.


Body Mapping
(50-minutes) $100
A unique, state-of-the-art movement evaluation tool that will revolutionize the way you exercise. This assessment includes a photographed evaluation along with corrective strategies for improving flexibility, postural control and strength training. Learn new tools to enhance neuromuscular efficiency, develop core strength and integrate functional strength.

Motivation Coach
(50-minutes) $70
Is it difficult to stay motivated to exercise? Do you want to lose weight and improve fitness, but just can?t stick to it? Stay on track or get back on track if you have suffered a setback; gain mental strength, learn self-empowerment tools and get real-life advice. Guidance, support and selfmotivation tips are provided in this session designed to develop a mindset to sustain fitness and health.

Peak Performance Package
$300
Take home all the necessary information you need to reach peak performance. This package includes a Cardiovascular/Metabolic Assessment, a Body Mapping Session and a Personal Training Starter Kit Session.

Personal Training
(50-minutes) $70
Your session will include an assessment of your needs and desired results and recommendations and guidelines on strength, flexibility and cardiovascular conditioning, which is the key to obtaining balance and a fit body. Discounts available on multiple private sessions.

Personal Training Starter Kit
(90-minutes) $125
Enjoy a one-on-one session with a personal trainer and receive a personalized exercise routine to continue at home. You will receive a written exercise program guaranteed for success.

Private Fitness Classes

Enjoy a private, one-on-one workout from the variety of fitness classes offered at Red Mountain. Have a favorite instructor or favorite class you want to advance in? Choose from NIA, Chi Ball, Fit Ball, Salsa, Stretch, Aqua, Hip Hop, Qi Gong or any of our other weekly offerings. Discounts available on multiple sessions.

Private Pilates Apparatus Instruction
(50-minutes) $75
Reform your fitness program with a oneon- one Pilates session. The trapeze table, reformer, high ladder barrel and chair are used to assist you in getting to the core of this ultimate strength, flexibility and body awareness exercise. Discounts available on multiple sessions.

Private Yoga Instruction
(50-minutes) $75
Learn yoga poses, breathing exercises, meditation and stress reduction techniques with a one-on-one yoga session. Whether you choose to refine your current practice or simply learn yoga one-on-one, this session will be tailor-made to fit your focus. Discounts available on multiple private sessions.

Fitness Workshops

Refine your skills in a small group setting in one of Red Mountain?s Fitness Workshops.

Beyond Back Pain Yoga Learn how to start a simple, safe and intelligent back care yoga program that may be the key to your recovery of prevention from back pain. For all levels.

Yoga: Breath of Life Surrender to the natural conscious breath. Learn simple yogic stretches, movements and restorative yoga poses to relax the muscles around the belly, diaphragm and chest to open the pathways of prana or vital life force.

Yoga Flow In vinyasa or ashtanga practice, postures are linked to create an active sequence of movements. Develop the skill to successfully transition into an active or power yoga class without injury.

Yoga for Strength Learn postures that generate strength in all areas of the body. Move with the freedom of supple limbs, strong muscles and a stretched spine to reduce your susceptibility to injury and illness.

Yoga for the Spine A supple spine is key to maintaining full range of motion and the ability to age gracefully. Yoga postures help to correct posture by releasing tension held in the muscles and correct any imbalances between front and back, left and right sides of the body.

Successful Meditation This is a 90- minute workshop that will help you understand the benefits of meditation, about the process of meditation, types of meditation and how to meditate.

Yoga for Detox Explore the art and science of yoga for detoxification of the body, organs and spirit during this workshop. Learn how specific poses (yoga asana) help to eliminate toxins and improve flow of blood.


Note: To request a specific private instructor or to arrange a one-on-one session, please make your reservation at least twenty-four hours in advance.  Reservations may be made through the spa at extension 5782.

Cancellation & Change Policies Twenty-four-hour (24) notification is required for all canceled or changed spa & salon appointments, health and fitness services, private sessions and adventure trips to avoid a 50% cancellation fee.

Missed appointments will be charged 100% of the service fee.

A 15% gratuity will be added to all services.
