DRUMS ALIVEJoin the cardiovascular movement of dance with the rhythmic sensation of drumming and enjoy a mind/body program with aerobic and motor skill benefits. MORNING STRETCH Rejuvenate your body and awaken your mind in this soothing stretch class. Improve your flexibility and lengthen tight muscles with effective exercises using a variety of equipment. This class may use equipment such as straps, tubing, exercise balls and/or towels to assist in increasing your flexibility.
TOTAL STRETCHThis class will help you develop and improve balance, flexibility and mobility. The ball offers options to traditional static stretching including increased range of motion, especially in areas of the body that often lack adequate flexibility.
QI GONGQi=Energy; Gong=Work. Through breathwork, learn to let go of energy blocks by relaxing the mind, body and emotions.

The class is taught with sensitivity and precision keeping the student's safety in mind.With the use of props: blocks, straps , blankets, wall or chairs, poses can be altered to meet the student's needs and comforts regardless of their level of flexibility, strength or age.
KUNDALINI YOGAKundalini is believed to be the primordial energy located at the base of the spine which can rise through the Sushumna (energy channel), to the crown of the head, bringing enlightenment. Drawing from the riches of the ancient yogic traditions, Kundalini Yoga utilizes exercise, breathing, sound, and rhythm to create vitality in the body, balance in the mind, and openness to the spirit.

YOGA ON THE BALL Have a ball using a large Fit Ball as a tool to prepare the body for a deeper asana. CORE CONDITIONING This workout focuses on toning and defining the abdominals and strengthening the back to improve posture and core strength. Exercises are performed using a variety of tools: Reebock Core Board, BOSU,Weights, Tubing, and/or the Abvantage. Shoes required.
STRENGTH CIRCUIT Improve your form and learn proper lifting techniques. This is your chance to have a professional instructor teach you how to use the resistive strength-building equipment. This circuit-training workout includes several stations of specific weight training exercises designed to work every muscle group. Travel the circuit twice for a real challenge.
TOTAL BODY CONDITIONINGUsing a variety of equipment including body bars, medicine balls and/or fitballs, this class effectively works the upper body, lower body,back and abdominals in a variety of ways. Shoes required.
