Your Red Mountain Spa vacation can be reserved with a deposit equal to two nights lodging plus taxes. Your balance is due upon departure. Visa MasterCard, American Express and Discover are accepted. Your deposit is fully refundable if cancelled 30 days prior to arrival. Within 30 days, 50% of your deposit will be held for one year for a future stay and 50% is non-refundable. Remember, casual and comfortable clothing is recommended. Please pack workout apparel, non-scuff sole aerobic shoes, a backpack or waist-pack for hands-free hiking, hiking boots-lightweight & non-leather, double layer socks or blister free socks for hiking, swimsuit, goggles, pool shoes, cover-up, padded bike shorts, pajamas, sunscreen, sun hat or visor and sunglasses. We will provide you with two water bottles, but suggest a hydration hiking pack such as CamelBak for hiking. Lightweight layers are best. Coat, hat & gloves are best for our mild winter weather. Golf club rental is available at our local courses, if you do not wish to transport your own. We suggest you leave your jewelry at home. Upon check guests are asked to place a credit card on file for incidentals.
The staff at Red Mountain is committed to making your experience wonderful and memorable. We do not impose an automatic service charge or gratuity for services rendered. Gratuities are, however, appreciated by each recipient. Gratuity guidelines are available at Guest Services. For convenience you may choose to add nightly gratuity through your reservation agent prior to arrival, or through Guest Services at check-in.
We ask that hearing impaired guests alert us to their needs upon reservation.
Red Mountain Spa has specific Deluxe rooms designated for our guests with pets. A $50 fee per pet per week is applied. Pets should be kenneled when left alone in guest rooms. Pets are not allowed during activities, in our spa or in the dining facility.
