Full Spectrum Healing with Ian Phillip White

Ian uses the phrase Full Spectrum Healing to describe his healing work with people, as he incorporates many modalities to help people on their journey to well being on all levels.

 

Ian has been working in the healing arts since 1991. Prior to this he was trained at a ‘blue chip” company and on the “fast track” as a Marketing and Business Strategy Consultant living in London . He has lived at the Findhorn Foundation, a spiritual and ecologically sustainable community in Scotland , where he practiced as a part of the Holistic Health Department which was a group practice lead by a medical doctor. He has also lead workshops and provided personal sessions in Europe, Peru , Egypt , Japan and throughout the USA.

 

Ian is Certified to teach yoga, meditation and pranayama through the Sivanada lineage of teachings. He is also a Registered Yoga Teacher through the Yoga Alliance. He has also received continuous education in Anusara, Ashtanga, Bikrams, Iyengar, Kripalu, Kundalini and Viniyoga styles as well as evolving his own fluid styles of yoga. He has trained in Aromatic Chi Gong, and Edgu.

 

He is a Master Herbalist (MH), specializing in western herbalism; a Master Iridologist, and a Certified Naturopath from the Boulder School Of Natural Medicine. Ian has also received extensive training in macrobiotics.

 

Ian is a Reiki Master Teacher and has developed his own system of energy work, which he has practiced since 1991. He is a certified Rapid Eye Technician and has trained in Psychosynthesis, a form of spiritually evolved psychotherapy.

 

He holds a BSc (Hons) Social Sciences from the University Of Bradford, England, and has a postgraduate Certificate in Marketing from the Chartered Institute Of Marketing.

He also created “A Simple Guide To Successful Meditation” a 2 CD set, to help you establish a successful meditation practice, available through Red Mountain Outfitters and the fitness department.

Sessions:

 

Iridology : by analyzing the delicate structures of the iris we can evaluate your strengths and weaknesses on all levels and recommend actions that can bring you to a healthier, happier life. Meditation: learn how to access a state of inner peace through meditation. Ian approaches meditation from a pragmatic perspective, helping people to release issues gently and effectively while accessing a place of inner harmony. Contact guest services or the concierge for appointments.

 

Yoga: private yoga sessions are available for those who want to work on the specifics of their practice in depth, or for those who want to create a practice specifically desined for their own needs. Contact Spa services for sessions.

Gentle Yoga: a class designed for all levels, to help open and relax the body.

 

Active Yoga : vinyasa, ashtanga influenced class ideally suited to those who have

experience in yoga, and are relatively strong

 

Hot Yoga: when the weather permits, yoga in the gazebo, in the warm Southern Utah sun

 

Candlelight Yoga: an evening class to relax you before bed.

 

Sunset Yoga : in the gazebo, with our fantastic scenery as your backdrop.

 

Evening Yoga : a time to center and relax after dinner.

 

Introduction To Meditation: ideal for beginners to explore what, where, when, and why to meditate, as well as a simple guided practice.

Moving Meditations : Ian combines Aromatic Chi Gong and Edgu to help you find a quiet, centered and energized space.

 

Edgu: an evolutionary form of spinal maintenance, that also clears the mind and gives you a mild workout.

 

OneDance: a fluid form that evolved out of Ian’s yoga and ecstatic dance practices, where we explore yoga postures in a freeing way, linking them in diverse and unique ways, so that you can be more in touch with your body and soul

 

Iridology: educational, enjoyable and enlightening. Ian provides information and a practical experience to introduce you to this healing modality.

Yoga for Strength: for those who have some experience with yoga, and are injury free. Learn to use your body and yoga to develop increased strength.

 

Yoga Flow: for those who have some experience with yoga, who want to refine their practice, to learn how to flow between postures and experience a stronger practice safely.

 

Yoga For The Spine: for absolute beginners, we focus on creating a healthy spine through gentle postures.

 

Therapeutic Yoga: : for those who are beginners or who have injuries or illnesses and want to practice safely, and heal their bodies and minds.

 

Successful Meditation : for those who want to go deeper into meditation, includes a copy of Ian’s 2 CD set “A Simple Guide To Successful Meditation”.
