Ian
uses the phrase Full Spectrum Healing to describe his healing work
with people, as he incorporates many modalities to help people on
their journey to well being on all levels.
Ian
has been working in the healing arts since 1991. Prior to this he
was trained at a ‘blue chip” company and on the “fast track” as
a Marketing and Business Strategy Consultant living in London .
He has lived at the Findhorn Foundation, a spiritual and ecologically
sustainable community in Scotland , where he practiced as a part
of the Holistic Health Department which was a group practice lead
by a medical doctor. He has also lead workshops and provided personal
sessions in Europe, Peru , Egypt , Japan and throughout the USA.
Ian
is Certified to teach yoga, meditation and pranayama through the
Sivanada lineage of teachings. He is also a Registered Yoga Teacher
through the Yoga Alliance. He has also received continuous education
in Anusara, Ashtanga, Bikrams, Iyengar, Kripalu, Kundalini and Viniyoga
styles as well as evolving his own fluid styles of yoga. He has
trained in Aromatic Chi Gong, and Edgu.
He
is a Master Herbalist (MH), specializing in western herbalism; a
Master Iridologist, and a Certified Naturopath from the Boulder
School Of Natural Medicine. Ian has also received extensive training
in macrobiotics.
Ian
is a Reiki Master Teacher and has developed his own system of energy
work, which he has practiced since 1991. He is a certified Rapid
Eye Technician and has trained in Psychosynthesis, a form of spiritually
evolved psychotherapy.
He
holds a BSc (Hons) Social Sciences from the University Of Bradford,
England, and has a postgraduate Certificate in Marketing from the
Chartered Institute Of Marketing.
He
also created “A Simple Guide To Successful Meditation” a 2 CD set,
to help you establish a successful meditation practice, available
through Red Mountain Outfitters and the fitness department.

who want to create a practice specifically desined for their own
