During our anniversary month, celebrate with us as we offer the following specialty programs to commemorate our anniversary!

 

 

 

10 Waypoint Geocache Race-Get outdoors and get moving during this specialized race designed to instruct you on using a global positioning systems (GPS) unit! Simply follow the directions of the GPS unit to find an information cache with exercise instructions for training in cardiovascular endurance and strength. You will discover ten caches along your route providing you with a complete cardio/strength circuit workout by the end of the course. Compete in teams to win a Red Mountain Anniversary Prize!


10 Virtues of Yoga
-It is recommended in yoga philosophy that ten virtues should be practiced by all. These include virtues for the body, mind, speech, and spirit. Red Mountain celebrates its anniversary and ten years of practicing these virtues.

Ten Toe Reflexology- Reflexology is the holistic understanding, study and practice of treating points and areas in the feet and hands that relate to corresponding parts of the body to improve circulaton, induce relaxation and enable homeostatsis. This encourages the person's own healing systems to be activated to maintain wellbeing.
